With backgrounds spanning the U.S. military, federal agencies, and international security organizations, our team brings together over 100 years of combined expertise. Collectively, we have led successful security and law enforcement operations in more than 30 countries throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Each member of our leadership team contributes a unique specialization, including investigative services, executive protection, specialized training, logistics, and project management. Keith Mabray, our CEO, is a recognized authority in security and law enforcement, with a distinguished career advising U.S. and African governments. Complementing his expertise, Clement Adjolohoun, our Regional Director, brings a robust background in international security, further strengthening our capabilities in Africa. Supporting them is Bill Reid of AGC Consulting, our acting COO, whose extensive experience in organizational strategy and risk management enhances our operational efficiency. Keith G. Mabray

Keith Mabray is a seasoned expert in security and law enforcement with a unique understanding of the African continent's complex security landscape. His career spans across multiple regions, where he served in high-level positions for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). During his deployments, Keith advised U.S. Ambassadors and foreign dignitaries on security risks, particularly around narcotics trafficking in West Africa, and led numerous initiatives to combat these issues. His work positioned him as a senior law enforcement official in over 20 African nations, giving him unparalleled insights into regional security challenges.

Keith’s vast experience extends beyond narcotics enforcement. His advisory roles to host government officials across Africa, combined with his leadership in cross-border security operations, have provided him with a deep understanding of security at both the governmental and corporate levels. Over the years, he has trained law enforcement agencies in modern security protocols, counter-surveillance, emergency evacuations, fugitive apprehension, and more—experience that translates directly to the strategic services Middle Passage Synergy offers today.
